Everything one would expect of an Ibis hotel. Clean and functional albeit somewhat spartan. A good shower with plenty of hot water at a high pressure. Friendly staff.

Perfectly good Ibis hotel with clean rooms and although a small room - it was fine for the bed and space. Being on my own the glass view between the bed and the shower and toilet did not bother me (there is a blind to pull down should you need it!) Restaurant in the hotel is fine which is needed as not many options in the surrounding area....

The standard of the hotel was good, international standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Water dispenser on each floor was nice.

Good location, good hotel. Ibis is in Europe not the best choice, but in Palembang it is. And i visit Palembang as European several times staying in different hotels. I was surpised by the hotel.

Room size is small but practical. Good breakfast and coffee station was good.
